Welcome to Yakumo's Net-Shop, this site provides services for people who are living outside Japan and would like to buy Japanese Anime, Comic, Games (ACG) products. We provide selling, order or pre-order service for most of ACG products from Japan, including Comic, Anime DVD, Games, Doujinshi & Doujin Goods (Fanzines & Fan Goods), Figure and other products.(include Adult Comics...etc.)
We will currently renew our items list for the order or per-order service, you may also check out what we have placed on eBay from "My eBay List" on the right hand side of this site. If you cannot find the goods you want to buy in this site or eBay, you are welcomed to contact us with the information (name of the product & the related web site) by mail, we will check it out and reply you for the detail of ordering possibility as soon as possible.

訂購方式
本網站的貨品主要以訂購為主，如果大家看到本網站中有任何心儀的商品，可以先將貨品名稱與貨品編號記下，並以下面提供的格式連同 貴客名稱、住址、電郵地址來信 yakunoshop@hotmail.co.jp。本網站的主要服務範圍為美國、加拿大、歐洲及澳門，在收到來信後我們會先確定 貴客的地址是否包括在敝店服務範圍內，在完成閣下訂購的處理之後，就會作出回覆。接受訂購的客人可以在回信內確認貨品的詳細資料：如價錢以及運送費用等。要是物品在收到付費期間售罄，已收取的費用將會透過「Paypal」退還。倘若敝店於７天內仍未收到閣下的付款，訂單就會作取銷論，屆時請重新來信再次訂購。
倘若閣下打算購入的商品並沒有在本網站或eBay中列出，歡迎將貨品的名稱以及相關網站來信查詢，我們會在確認預訂或訂購的可能性後盡快回覆閣下。
Order Method
Most of the items on this site are need to be ordered by confirm, if you find anything you are interested, please write down the Name and Item number, and mail them with your name, shipping address, your e-mail and delivery method to yakunoshop@hotmail.co.jp. We mainly provide services around US, Canada, Europe & Macau.Ｗe will check the address to ensure it is in our services are. After we have got your mail, we will reply you with information and price of products you have ordered, and the total cost of shipment as soon as we can. If the item you ordered has been sold out during the time of payment, it will be returned to you by "Paypal". Order will be cancelled if we do not receive your payment in 7 days, please order by mail from beginning again.
If you cannot find the goods you want to buy in this site, you are welcomed to contact us with the information (name of the product & the related web site) by mail, we will check it out and reply you for the detail of ordering possibility as soon as possible.
預訂方式
部份尚未推出的貨品或需預先訂購，預訂物品的方法與訂購發售中的物品相同，先將貨品名稱與貨品編號記下，並以下面提供的格式連同 貴客名稱、住址、電郵地址來信 yakunoshop@hotmail.co.jp。在收到來信後我們會先確定 貴客的地址是否包括在服務範圍內(服務範圍為美國、加拿大、歐洲及澳門)，接受預訂的客人可以在回信內確認貨品的詳細資料如價錢，預訂時將會收取商品價錢的一半以及全數運費作為訂金，在確認收取訂金後就會立即為閣下預訂有關商品。要是物品在收到訂金期間售罄，已收取的費用將會透過「Paypal」退還。假如閣下在付費後取消預訂，訂金恕不退還。在收到為閣下預訂的所有物品後，就會再次寄出餘數的付款通知；要是在７天內並沒有收到閣下的餘數付款，預訂就作取銷論，所有費用恕不退還。
Pre-order Method
Some of the items on this site are required to pre-order, if you find anything you are interested, please write down the Name and Item number, and mail them with your name, shipping address, your e-mail and delivery method to E-mail address: yakunoshop@hotmail.co.jp. Ｗe will check the address if it is in our services area (We mainly provide services around US, Canada, Europe & Macau). After we have got your mail, we will reply you with informations and price of products you ordered, and the total cost of shipment as soon as possible. You will be required to pay for deposit in half-price for pre-order item and the full charge of shipment, and we will process your pre-order after we received your payment. If the item you ordered has been sold out during the time of payment, it will be returned to you by "Paypal". If you cancel your pre-order after your deposit, the deposit payment will not be returned. After we have had your pre-order item, we will send you the balance payment; if we do not receive your payment in 7 days, the pre-order will be assumed as you cancel the order and all the payment will not be returned.
運送方式
收件地址如為美國/加拿大境內，可以選擇直接從日本運送至 貴客家中或送至美國後轉寄，前者價錢較高但較快收到貨品，後者則較便宜但需要較長的運送時間。
閣下如選擇直接從日本運送，寄件方式包括EMS或普通空郵，如有特殊的運送要求：如掛號登記等，請在訂購或預訂貨品時於電郵列明，我們盡可能為閣下處理。
收件地址如為美國以外地區，貨品皆會直接以EMS或普通空郵從日本送抵至 貴客家中。
已寄出貨品將不接受退還。
而在運送過程中貨品如有損壞遺失，敝店恕不負責。

**貨品的重量越少，運送費亦會相應降低。
#如果貨品重量超過2kg，就只能以SAL以外方式運送。
Delivery Method
If delivery address is in US/Canada, customer may choose delivery from Japan directly to home or re-direct in US. Delivery from Japan directly is much expensive but have a shorter delivery time; re-direct in US is cheaper but need a longer delivery time.
if you choose directly delivery from Japan, you can choose delivery method by EMS or normal Air-mail, if you want any special method like register delivery, please tell us during order, we shall do it as much as possible.
Any delivered goods cannot be returned and claimed.
We do not take the responsibility for the lost or damage caused by delivery.
